This is an offer to receive a closing cost incentive paid by Real, if applicable.  To qualify for the incentive offer: (i) the buyer must enter into a written representation agreement with a real estate agent affiliated with Real or one of its affiliates (“Real Agent”) and work with that Real Agent in connection with the purchase of the subject property; (ii) the buyer must apply with One Real Mortgage Corp. (“One Real Mortgage”) for a mortgage loan to finance the purchase of the subject property (“Mortgage”); and (iii) the Mortgage must be approved, closed, and funded by a lender to which One Real Mortgage brokers the loan.

If the buyer qualifies for the offer, the buyer will be entitled to receive an incentive from Real in the amount of up to two-thousand five-hundred dollars ($2,500), to be applied towards the payment of the buyer’s actual mortgage loan closing costs, as applicable and if permitted by the lender for the type of financing obtained by the buyer, until the full incentive is utilized or the maximum incentive allowable by the buyer/borrower’s loan program is reached.*  No portion of this amount may be applied as a credit to, or in partial payment of, the purchase price of the subject property or disbursed to the buyer.  Application of the incentive is subject to the lender’s guidelines and loan program restrictions, including any limitations on the amount of interested party contributions.  In the event a buyer’s allowable closing costs do not equal or exceed the amount of the incentive, then the amount of the incentive will be reduced to match the actual amount of the allowable closing costs.  Any unused portion of closing costs incentive will be forfeited.  This promotion does not apply to cash sales.  No cash value.
