When your referred Loan Officer is hired by One Real Mortgage and successfully completes 90 days of employment, you’ll receive a $1,000 Placement Fee*.

Our team takes it from there. Referred candidates must meet ORM’s employment, licensing, background check, and onboarding requirements, and all hiring decisions remain at One Real Mortgage’s discretion.
Earn
If your candidate accepts a position with One Real Mortgage within 90 days of your introduction and remains employed with One Real Mortgage for 90 days, you’ll receive a one-time $1,000 Placement Fee.*
Who Can Participate?
The Bring Your Own Loan Officer Program is open to active 1099 real estate agents in good standing in states where One Real Mortgage is licensed*.
W-2 employees of One Real Mortgage are not eligible to participate.

Before You Refer
A few things to know.
To qualify for a Placement Fee:*
- Your candidate cannot have already been introduced to or actively recruited by One Real Mortgage within the applicable periods outlined in the Program Terms.
- Your candidate must know they are being referred.
- Your candidate must satisfy One Real Mortgage’s employment, licensing, background check, and onboarding requirements.
- One Real Mortgage maintains sole discretion over candidate interviews and employment decisions.
- The candidate must accept employment within 90 days of introduction and remain employed by One Real Mortgage for 90 days.

Legal Program and Disclosure
The Bring Your Own Loan Officer Program is an employee recruitment initiative. The $1,000 Placement Fee is paid solely for the successful referral of a qualified employment candidate who is hired and completes 90 days of employment with One Real Mortgage.
The payment is not conditioned on, related to, or calculated based on any mortgage transaction, loan referral, loan production, or future business generated by the referred employee.
